QuickPeek: Cooking. Rest.

My thought was to spend the weekend in Concepcion and make our way out to Santiago along the coast. But After looking thro the logistics, and with my visa counting down, we decided to take a couple of additional day’s rest and bus it to Santiago. It was a shame to skip the coastal ride, but I suppose that will have to wait for another time.

So the past few days were spent hanging out in Concepcion, having good conversations, Incredibly well laid out Once’s (evening tiffin that is) and practicing my hand at cooking my repertoire of recipes. After getting tips on the falafel at Traiguen, I was tempted to try it to see if I could repeat it too.

So I spent the mornings walking abut to grocery stores, picking up fresh ingredients and making food and the afternoons trying to digest the immense eating and the evening stuffing myself with more incredible food! All over some incredibly good conversations on travels! Excellent ways to spend time I reckon!
