A Brommie is a very beautiful looking bike but I may be tempted to try a NWT, like a pocket rocket or so… They run 20″ and for a bike friday, are nicely priced.

Only flip side is that they do not fold instead, they dismantle. I will figure out the need for fold in the next few weeks and decide…

Nexus 8 indeed is pretty nice. I like the idea of getting rid of the rear dee in a small wheel bike. Not that there is anything wrong with it, the lines look cleaner with the chain wound tight.

Nice to be visiting back here eh, you can still take off during the crowd free weekdays Enjoy the ride. I will surely post my experiences with the bikes. Pretty excited about the bikes and they are indeed zippy on longer rides too.

Congrats Nat. Your new steed sounds like a superb buy and I would love to see some pics. Nexus 8 is delicious. I’m hungry for your extensive review and thank you for spreading the disease

I will be taking my tikit on a nice long ride in Bintan in a couple of days time with friends riding a Speed TR, a Surly and 2 other entry level foldies.

Don’t you just feel so excited and good about your latest acquisition?
